Pamela Pape-Lindstrom, Ph.D., Partner

Pamela is focused on bringing Sustainability into Ceptara’s overall systems approach to enable organizations to achieve a higher degree of excellence. The sustainability practice is focused on helping companies become better stewards of global ecology, while improving their bottom line through reduced costs of materials and reduction of waste disposal.

Pamela has over twenty years of experience with teaching and research in the fields of biology and environmental science. Her consulting experience includes evaluation of potential environmental contamination in natural ecosystems, with roles in proposal development, project budget management, design of sampling regime and analysis of project data. One of Pamela’s peer-reviewed publications on the effects of synergism in toxicology is widely cited in the field.

Pamela has taught biology and environmental science courses at Everett Community College since 2000. She engages in systems thinking and dynamic modeling of biological and environmental processes to facilitate learning with students and colleagues. Additionally, she co-chairs the Sustainability Committee for Everett Community College and is currently a lead author for the college’s Climate Action Plan being developed in compliance with The American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment.
