Suggestion for object handling

Scenario:I receive an email and want to create a task AND file the orig email in the project folder AND then would like to delete the orig email in one step.  This would help in keeping my exchange account tidy.  This would also be good for the Send Reply and Follow up option.  Could this be a config option?
