Ceptara is participating in Washington State's Office of Financial Management's (OFM) Fall Forum at the Thurston County Fairgrounds in Lacey, WA on September 17th, 10:30 am to 12:00 Noon.
We will be presenting a 90 minute workshop on Proactive Planning and Problem Solving:
The workshop introduces the participant to systems thinking, strategic planning, process thinking, data driven decision making and continuous improvement approaches enabling them to think and execute scientifically. Some key learnings include organizations as systems, the architecture of a strategic plan, SIPOC, how to create a metric, and process standardization, improvement and redesign. The participant will walk away with a few simple planning and improvement tools that they can apply immediately.
