A Project Code Cannot Be Recycle

I created a project called Finance and assigned Project Code 110. Due to synchronization problecm with Toodledo, I deleted the project. When I tried creating the project with same name and code, I received an error message, " Duplicate project found, enter a unique project code."

Project codes can be recycled
Project codes can be recycled by reactivating a deleted project and editing its properties.
Open any object, such as a task, select the Project button then select All Projects... In the All Projects dialog, check the 'Show Removed Projects' option. Find the project you'd like to reactivate, and click on the Modify button.
To reactivate the project, select the Active checkbox and make any changes necessary. Click Save. The reactivated project will then appear in your active project lists.
