Lost Projects and Focuses in Ceptara Outlook but stil on Toodledo

Chris,

All of my project and focuses I set up in Ceptara in Outlook are gone, but they are still in Toodledo. I would like a quicker way to get them back than having to go throug manualy adding them again, but as noted in the sync set-up, these are one way - ceptara --> toodledo. Is there a way I can do this?

Backup / Restore or Import / Export

There are two mechanisms built into the Organizer to retrieve a project and focus data store.

The data store is automatically backed up at an interval specified in the Options dialog. Up to 10 backups can be restored if the data store is lost.
In the latest version (3.5.1005), you have the ability to export the data store into a file and then import it later. This usually helps folks move their data store to a different or new computer if they don't have an Exchange like service set up.

The ToodleDo sync is one-way mostly due to the fact that ToodleDo limits the size of the folder text, which can then 'corrupt' a project name in Outlook if it's more than 30 characters in length.

Reinstalling and resetting does not help

Hi, Ceptara looses My Contact each time I start Outlook as well. I find and save contact. Projects are lost and I solve it by restoring. However Ceptara looses it again within a couple of minutes.I have tried resetting and reinstalling the application.Please help, it become unworkable. I saw that a new version was released 22 of june. I have not installed that yet. Would it help?//Ulf
