I'm not sure what you're asking - what is CO?  Is that Ceptara Organizer?  If so, i will post this in the Organizer forum. 

Regarding Business Contact Manager (BCM), I seem to recall there was an incompatibility with BCM and Organizer for 2007.  Here's the specific post:
