Ceptara/Toodledo/Outlook task folders

I am using Ceptara, Toodledo and Outlook.  I access Toodledo on my iPhone and my PC.  I have assigned folders to my tasks in Toodledo and the task assignments disappear periodically.  The folders still exist, but there aren't any tasks in them and when I look at each task, it says "No Folder".  I suspect it's an issue of syncing through Ceptara.  Any advice?

Disappearing Task Folder Assignments

I could really use some help.  The task folder assignments I assign in Toodledo are disappearing when I sync them through Ceptara to my PC.

Error report

By turning on verbose mode in the ToodleDo dialog, you can see what the sync routine is doing to every task.  You can read more about that in the Getting Started Guide available in Project Explorer's Help menu.

If that doesn't help you, please send an error report via Project Explorer, Help - Support - Send Request form.  That way I can look at your error logs.

How do I "turn on verbose mode in the Toodledo dialog"?  Is that in ToodleDo under account settings?

ToodleDo dialog - Configuration tab.

You can find the setting on the configuration tab.

verbose mode in Toodledo dialog

This is not clear to me.  I am looking on the main page of Toodledo and I don't see anything that says configuration or verbose mode or dialog.  Searching both Toodledo and Ceptara also gives me nothing.  Please give step by step instructions.

Verbose Mode

Laura - I will try to post a screenshot to make it clear.

In the meantime, I recommend you read the Getting Started Guide (GSG), there is a section dedicated to ToodleDo.  You can get the GSG via the Help menu.  in the latest build, there is a local copy available (the pdf is on your computer) via the Project Explorer, Help menu.  In earlier versions, go to Help - Documentation, the GSG is linked from that page.
